Do Team and Pro trials require a card?

Yes. New Team and Pro subscriptions include a 14-day trial. Stripe securely collects a card before the trial starts. The first subscription charge occurs after the trial unless you cancel beforehand. The permanent Free plan requires no card.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Yes. Paid subscriptions can be canceled from billing. Access remains active through the period already paid for, then the organization returns to the Free plan.
